What channel is the Chinese GP on?
It depends where you are. In the United States every session is on Apple TV — the rights moved from ESPN ahead of the 2026 season, so it is no longer on cable. In the United Kingdom it is Sky Sports F1, with free highlights on Channel 4. Canada has TSN and RDS; Australia has Fox Sports and Kayo.

What to watch for at Shanghai International Circuit
The 1.2 km back straight into a heavy braking zone at Turn 14 is one of the best overtaking spots in the sport, so races here rarely go quiet. Tyre wear on the long right-handers tends to split the strategies. Shanghai has also become a regular sprint host, which means qualifying arrives on Friday and there is competitive running on all three days.
The Chinese Grand Prix is round 2 of the 2026 championship, run on a 5.45 km lap built around the tightening Turn 1–3 spiral and a 1.2 km back straight. The race distance is 56 laps, roughly 305.1 km.
