About SpeedGrids
SpeedGrids is an independent daily Formula 1 trivia game. It’s built for fans who want to test how deeply they know the sport, from the current grid to Fangio’s five. It is an independent project, built and operated by its developer rather than a company.
Independence
SpeedGrids is unofficial. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula One, the FIA, or any constructor, driver, or racing organization. Names and events are used descriptively for trivia purposes only.
Data sources and freshness
Historical F1 data is sourced from F1DB, an open Formula 1 database licensed under CC BY 4.0. The dataset is refreshed automatically every day, so results from a race weekend typically appear in new puzzles by the following morning. Published puzzles are frozen when they go live and never change afterwards.
Last data update: (F1DB v2026.11.0).
Report incorrect F1 data
If you believe a clue is wrong, a valid driver was rejected, or an answer shouldn’t qualify, please report it — include the puzzle number, the cell (row and column clues), and the driver in question. Reports are checked against the underlying data; genuine dataset errors are forwarded upstream to F1DB, and clue-logic errors are fixed in the game. Because published grids are frozen, corrections apply to future puzzles rather than rewriting past ones.
